Dinosaurs and Other Prehistoric Creatures

Did you know that on August 12, 1990, fossil hunter Susan Hendrickson discovered three huge bones jutting out of a cliff near Faith, South Dakota, and that they turned out to be part of the largest Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton ever discovered? They named the 42-foot, 65-million-year-old dinosaur Sue after its discoverer.

You can study dinosaurs like Sue in all of our current dinosaur-related items in the DINOSAURS and OTHER PREHISTORIC CREATURES Collection. These, along with various coloring pages (a simple online search with the keywords "dinosaur coloring pages" will give you a great selection), will help your young student enjoy studying these nearly unimaginable creatures.
